I recently purchased this boat and am wanting to restore it.

Does anyone know what kind of boat it is and who the maker is?

With its tumblehome aft it looks like it is of the Northumbrian Coble family.

Hughs lookalike

It looks like a boat that I refurbished a few years ago.

I was told that it was built by the Hughs Aircraft, the same folks that built the Spuce Goose.

The construction looks the same,the design looks the same.

Your's looks bigger, mine was only 6.5 ft and it was covered with canvas.

I don't know if it came from the same place but it looks similar.
