Are you interested in building a small 13 foot sailboat with much of the work already completed?

I have a Glen-L 13 complete with rudder centerboard, floorboards, auxiliary motor bracket (never used), all hardware, sail, professionally built mast with all running and standing rigging, cradle and galvanized Easy Loader trailer.

This boat was built by my father back in the 90s from Glen L plans and we had many years of great sailing with it.

Sadly, time has taken its toll on the hull and it has deteriorated to the point where it is probably beyond repair.

I have the original building plans from which this boat was built to go with it.

The boat is on the trailer with all hardware in place so it could be transferred to a newly constructed hull.

The mast, boom, rudder, have been stored out of the weather and are in good shape as is the sail and mooring cover.

You can build the hull from the plans that I have and then transfer all hardware and rigging from the original boat and have a trailer and cradle already ready for it.

I estimate that the value of the trailer, sails, spars, hardware, building plans and other accessories may be close to 2000 dollars if purchased separately and new.

Here is the description from the Glen L web site.

Glen L for those who are not familiar is a company that provides boat building kits and plans, see web site https://www.glen-l.com/

“The GLEN-L 13 is an ideal, all-around, sailing craft. The cockpit is roomy for family
sailing, and yet the simple rig can be easily handled by one person.
Here's a safe boat, but one which gives good performance and nimble
handling. Two years were spent in the research, design, construction,
and testing of the prototype to prove this design before offering it to
you.”

If you are interested, please contact me, and we can discuss what this boat and accessories may be worth to you.
