Where can I get my 60' wood boat rebuilt. Cuba, Haiti, Honduras, where?

We want to rebuild our boat 60' was a commercial fishing passenger boat want to make it a nice live aboard.

Where can we get good work done low cost.

Can we go to Cuba from the U.S. Haiti, Nicaragua, Honduras.

It is hard to get good information on where to go.

I hear there are good craftsmen out there in these low income countries, but I get no feedback as to best place to go that is also the safest.

Please any help appreciated.

We are 71 and 77 and want to coastal cruise after getting our boat remodeled, thanks.

HI. I'm 71 and want to restore my 1967 60' wooden boat.

I have heard the price for labor is cheap in Cuba and can get my vessel restored that I can afford.

Then we can cruise Central America.

How can we do this?

We are U.S. citizens, but will be cruising in Central for possible the rest of our lives.

Thanks for any real (been there done that) knowledgeable help.
