39' Eldredge Mcinnis incomplete build with diesel

Magellan 39' center cockpit with diesel.
This is a build that has not been completed.
The hull is stripped planked alaskan yellow cedar on white oak.
Installed is a 62 hp Perkins diesel.
Can be finished as designed or reconfigured to pilothouse etc.
Designed by Eldredge Mcinnis and hull built by Ferd Nimphius.
Custom steel/wood cradle, also ballast keel form.
$16,000 obro, would consider trades for something of interest.
