32ft wooden boat needs lots of TLC

Bought this boat 3 years ago as project but never did get the time to do the work.
In my world she’s worth restoring.
The boat is an empty hull and I have taken the caulking out between planking as there was all types of it in them and she wanted a good caulking between them before going out to sea.
There is no caulking at this moment so vessel is not floating.
I do have a Ford 590e and paragon gearbox as well sold separately,
