Do you have to paint a new wooden boat with epoxy resin? Or can you just prime and paint?
Thanks.

Small Boat Paint by: Mike
I would use a one-part paint.
Two-part paints might be better in some situations.
But a small boat which is going to be hauled out regularly, probably scraped up sandy or shingly beaches etc, you?ll have to touch it up occasionally regardless of what you use.
That?s going to be much easier and cheaper with ordinary single pack paint.

2 parts by: Phildan
2 parts epoxy are primer . Linear polyuréthane are 2 parts paints . LP .
You should use it because it is better , but very hard to use without experience . ( and very expensive )

Two Part Epoxy by: Mike
Hi Drew,
Is there any particular reason why you feel the need to use a two part epoxy?
