1959 McNiel 18’0” wooden mahogany boat

My wife inherited this boat this year.
We are trying to ascertain whether or not the boat is worth restoring.
Anyone have an idea what a boat like this would be worth in good running condition?
The motor is a 1959 Evinrude 50 hp Starflite and it is original to the boat.
The trailer is a tilt trailer.
The boat is a 1959 McNiel wooden boat.
It does have some dry rot on the bottom.
Any help anyone could give us regarding the value of this boat in good running condition would be greatly appreciated.
