I am currently doing a total restoration on a 1958 Commander 32-footer.

I have many photos before/after and might be able to help you with many questions you are sure to have...how I did things, why, etc.

Glad to help if I can.

I too have numerous pictures and sold my interest to a party in Brentwood Bay sometime arround 1970

As a member of Royal Vancouver Yacht Club did a lot of fishing up as far as Bute Inlet

The boat was originally brought into Canada by Mac Bowel of Bowel McLean Motors of Vancouver.

I am now retired in Cambell River and would be pleased to meet with you

As promised...more pictures of LaDonna
by: Chipper

Got up this morning as the sun was rising.

Today is the day to wrap it up and put it away for a few months.

I wish I could get started on the reno yesterday...lol.

I still have lots of learning to do before I tackle her.

Now that’s what I call a bargain.

I'm looking forward to seeing how your restoration progresses.

If you want to add more photos of her you can email them to me as attachments to mike@diy-wood-boat.com and I can resize them and add them for you at this end.
