Willamette Sailing Club will be hosting a free wooden boat show. Sail, power, and row boats will line the docks and be on display for viewing, touring and rides.

RiversWest will have experts on hand to teach you about wooden boats and what it takes to build them. Since 1983 they have been promoting the use of and building sustainable, beautiful wooden boats to operate on the human scale.

Oregon Maritime Museum will have staff on hand to teach about the history of Oregonians on the water.
Learn About Sailing
Tour Willamette Sailing Club and learn about sailing in the area. We will have Sailboat rides, Kayaks, and Stand Up Paddle Boards to try out.
Kids Activities
Bring the kids along for fun activities including Model Boat Building, Flag Making, Knot Tying, Sailboat Rides, Free Popcorn and Music!
Family Boat Building
We’ll hand out kits Friday evening with dinner and finish by Sunday afternoon for a lauch party. No carpentry skills, tools, or materials needed. Skilled instructors will be on hand to guide your family through the entire process start to finish. Space is limited and applications will be accepted on a first come first served basis. Scholarships available.
