My name is Rick, I just bought this boat.

It needs repair, some rot, mostly in the bow.

I need advice, as to how to proceed, where to get wood and then the repair it myself.

Most of the interior has been redone.

New seat covers, sinks, hot water tank, fridge, etc.

The gentleman I got it from was going to part it out and burn it to the ground.

I felt it had a great deal of life left in her.
