59 Richardson Express Crusier,31 ft

My name is Rick, I just bought this boat.

It needs repair, some rot, mostly in the bow.

I need advice, as to how to proceed, where to get wood and then the repair it myself.

Most of the interior has been redone.

New seat covers, sinks, hot water tank, fridge, etc.

The gentleman I got it from was going to part it out and burn it to the ground.

I felt it had a great deal of life left in her.

If I am not toooo late on the post (didn't see a date)

I have a 1960 31' Express Cruiser by Richardson and have done a good bit of work on her.

I will gladly share my thoughts and have some good resources if you are interested.

You have a very nice boat there and well worth the restoration.

Will not take a "rocket scientist", either.
